Cancellation and appointment policy

Failure to give us less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation and reschedule or If you miss your appointment will be charged $50 cancellation fee and any deposit paid not be refundable.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time online booking system, by email, telephone or text message less than 24 hours before your appointment.


Please note a deposit of $50 is required for all new lash extension sets to secure your booking time.

Please note the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if you do not show up to an appointment or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours.

Arrival times

Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to rebook.

If you are up to 15 minutes late for your appointment it can still go ahead, but your treatment time will be reduced. This means that your lashes will not get the full attention they deserve and you may not have the lashes you had hoped for.

On your first visit, please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to complete the necessary consultation forms and remove make up if necessary.

For lash extension services, please remove all eye makeup with an oil-free remover or mild soap prior to your appointment, or please aim to arrive 5 minutes early at the salon so that you are able to do so.

As a courtesy to your and other clients in the salon please turn off or put on silent your mobile phone before your appointment begins. We want your time here to be a rewarding and relaxing experience, a well-deserved break away from your busy daily schedule.

Client Services

We require that all of our clients be a minimum age of 18 years old. All clients under 18
would need parental permission

We highly recommend NO kids in our salon while you are receiving service. It is against
health and safety obligations to have children in the salon unsupervised.
