Cat Eye Extensions

I have been a customer of Jelena’s at Just Perfect touch eyelash extensions for the past four years. I started eyelash extensions over a decade prior to this, and would consider myself incredibly fussy. Her eyelash extensions are not simply clusters attached to an eyelash which causes damage, instead hers are specifically tailor-made on the spot to suit your needs. Consider the analogy of buying a dress off the rack, compared to a tailor-made dress by a designer, that is the difference in the service. You will not find a better technician.
