I’ve been going to Jelena for 6 years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. My mother first recommended her to me after being a client of hers for many years as well, and I’m so glad she did. Jelena is always consistent, professional, and puts so much care into her work. I’ve had so many compliments about my lashes, and you can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride at every lash appointment. I’ve always walked out loving my lashes and get so many compliments on them. Could not recommend Jelena enough!

I have been a loyal customer of Just Perfect Touch for more than 10 years! I have never thought to leave a review but today I had to as I was running later than appropriate due to another appointment, however Jelena took her time and ensured I got my classic eyelashes refilled within my specified time frame and even though it set her back only so slightly - due to her skill, she still provided me with the excellent quality lashes and the entire time was professional and calm and helped me relax as well. I am so grateful to this talented and caring lady who has always looked after me with her time and service. I am constantly asked where I get my lashes done along with compliments if they are mine! My aunt and I both got are lashes done for the first time in October and were very pleased with the results .

The best lash technician in Victoria in my opinion. I’ve been going to Jelena for 6 years and would not consider going elsewhere else . Jelena is amazing and can’t rate her highly enough. The salon is spotless, a lovely calming feel. If you’re lucky enough to see Jelena you won’t be disappointed. I have been a customer of Jelena’s at Just Perfect touch eyelash extensions for the past four years. I started eyelash extensions over a decade prior to this, and would consider myself incredibly fussy. Her eyelash extensions are not simply clusters attached to an eyelash which causes damage, instead hers are specifically tailor-made on the spot to suit your needs. Consider the analogy of buying a dress off the rack, compared to a tailor-made dress by a designer, that is the difference in the service. You will not find a better technician. The environment is calming, I often fall asleep, she is very gentle, but if you like conversation, she’s fantastic to talk to. Cannot recommend highly enough, thanks Jelena!, Angela Barclay
