The best lash technician in Victoria in my opinion. I’ve been going to Jelena for 6 years and would not consider going elsewhere else . Jelena is amazing and can’t rate her highly enough. The salon is spotless, a lovely calming feel. If you’re lucky enough to see Jelena you won’t be disappointed. I have been a customer of Jelena’s at Just Perfect touch eyelash extensions for the past four years. I started eyelash extensions over a decade prior to this, and would consider myself incredibly fussy. Her eyelash extensions are not simply clusters attached to an eyelash which causes damage, instead hers are specifically tailor-made on the spot to suit your needs. Consider the analogy of buying a dress off the rack, compared to a tailor-made dress by a designer, that is the difference in the service. You will not find a better technician.
